Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped via USPS. All ready to ship items currently have a 3-5 day turnaround time. For any and all shipments, tracking will be provided. Please note, USPS First Class does not provide insurance for packages. If you'd like to make sure that your package is insured, selecting USPS Priority covers up to a $50 value (not including shipping).

Please be sure to review and enter the correct shipping address BEFORE checkout. Given that several orders are processed at a time it is most helpful that the correct address be listed so that the shipping process be as seamless as possible. Should a package be returned to sender, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.

Should you need rushed delivery, please let me know and I will make the option available to you at the appropriate cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges cannot be made unless a mistake has been made on my part. Should that be the case, I'd be happy to correct it when communicated within 7 days of receiving an order. Be sure to read full descriptions prior to purchase and submit any inquiries to POP 20.

Should defects occur (cosmetic or otherwise) within 14 days please inform me immediately so that I may repair. Shipping of the item to me must be paid by the customer and include tracking so that both parties may have confirmation of delivery. Return shipping will be covered by me for domestic destinations.

Repairs requested after 14 days are subject to a fee to be determined upon inquiry. The customer must cover shipping for delivery and return.
