Do you accept refunds or exchanges?


I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any issues with your order.




Are all of your items really handmade?


Yep! All items are handmade; most by me, some with the assistance of sewing collectives based in the US. I've been in business since 2015 and have an average five star rating on Etsy.




How much is shipping?


Domestic (US) shipping varies based on the shipping method selected; i.e. USPS First Class Package (2-5 business days) or USPS Priority (2-4 business days). For the most accurate shipping estimate, add the item(s) you wish to order to your cart and enter the shipping address. Total shipping cost will be calculated for you. The same applies to international orders.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes, please see below for further shipping information.




I've had a hiccup with my item, how can I fix it?


Should defects occur (cosmetic or otherwise) within 14 days please inform me immediately so that I may repair. Shipping of the item to me must be paid by the customer and include tracking so that both parties may have confirmation of delivery. Return shipping will be covered by me for domestic destinations.

Repairs requested after 14 days are subject to a fee to be determined upon inquiry. The customer must cover shipping for delivery and return.




Do you accept custom orders?


Not at this time, all items are made ready to ship.
